Kum & Go is looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to join our Human Resources Learning & Development team in our company's efforts to be the #1 convenience retailer in the United States. Overview of Responsibility
This position assesses current environment and future needs for a strong foundation of skills across the operations platform, while managing the design, development, and execution of specific solutions executing against the established Centralized Training Store (CTS) Training Program.
This role works with Learning & Development leadership, operational partners, and others to ensure training delivery, integration and required outcomes are being achieved.
This individual leads the coordination, integration, and implementation of the CTS Training Program, while facilitating the certification processes of CTS trainers, interviewers, and all development within the CTS environment.
This position leads the selection, implementation, and management of training technologies, including the Education & Development website, learning management system, e-learning technologies, etc.
This role facilitates the implementation of select compliance training programs, as required by state or federal regulatory agencies, into the CTS Training Program, consulting with subject matter experts to determine the necessary requirements, identify training options, and assist with integration and, if needed, delivery.
Travel up to 40% may be required.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in training, business, human resources, or related field required, Master's degree preferred

Demonstrated experience having independently designed, developed and implemented management development and technical end-user training programs and initiatives for a variety of audiences in a variety of delivery methods
Experience working with learning technologies such as an LMS, e-learning development tools (Captivate/Presenter, Flash, Articulate), online conferencing tools (WebEx, GoToMeeting), web development tools (SharePoint, Dreamweaver), etc. a plus
Training in a field environment a plus
Training related certifications a plus
Retail Training and/or Operational background is a plus
Minimum Skills Required
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Able to explain complex technical concepts in simple, meaningful ways
Experience managing others and demonstrates effective leadership
Effective organization, time management, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training and instructional design, and measurement of training effectiveness
Ability to train others to deliver materials, monitor the results of those training and provide feedback effectively
Experience with e-learning and blended learning programs
Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization to advise on available training options
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Ability to master CTS Training skills at entry or higher level so that you can deliver on occasion
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Windows environment, word processing, spreadsheets, email and web-enabled applications
Self-starter in an independent environment
Able to work independently but also be a strong team member and/or leader

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
