Key
Responsibilities:
-Answering inbound telephone call inquiries, researching, and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
-All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
Schedule & Pay:
-Assignment is generally 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts during the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm
-Overtime is required during peak call periods, possibility of working some Saturdays
-Pay rate is $12.50 an hour
-Positions start October 1st
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or its equivalent
-0-2 years of experience in retail or call center environment
-Professional telephone demeanor with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and work on a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
