Customer Service Associate (15930)
Our West Des Moines insurance client is looking multiple strong processing candidates to assist on a long-term contract basis.
Duties Include:
Entering transactions from applications
Updating addresses
Providing information and explanation of the products along with terms and conditions
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service experience
Strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy are important)
Dependable and reliable
Very computer savvy and able to work within multiple computer databases
Able to pass a criminal background check
Pay: $14.00-$14.75/hour
Hours: 8:00PM-5:00PM M-FEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
