Randstad is seeking professionals for our Financial Leader client in the Des Moines area. We need ambitious recent college graduates to fill multiple entry- to mid-level position in the banking/finance industry. Leadership experience is a huge plus! These are temp-to-hire positions with a strong emphasis on the hire portion; we are looking for those who want to build a career with ample growth opportunity.
Position Overview:
-Reviewing loan disbursement requests, processing disbursements
-Preparing loan demands, maintaining loan and disbursement files
-Responding to routine customer inquiries
-Coding and renewal processing; preparing and submitting documents, data and records according to department procedures and government regulations
- Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.
- Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems.
- Works under general supervision following established procedures.
- Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function.
- Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.
Working hours: M-F 1st shift and 2nd shift
Working hours: M-F 8AM-4:30PM or 3:30PM-Midnight
Pay: 14.07-14.29/hour, depending on qualifications and position
Must have:
-A great track record of performance, attendance, and positive attitude!
-College degree in any general studies, humanities, business, etc. is required
-Excellent communication skills
