JOB SUMMARY
Develop and support annuity product education strategy for distribution partners and sales teams. Initiate and support the development of field marketing presentations, agent training presentations, and required product training materials. Ensure all training materials are in alignment with marketing messaging for the Sammons Financial Group (SFG) member companies fixed annuity product portfolio.
1.Develop and activate annuity training strategy and curriculum (such as virtual conference, web-based training and other tutorials) related to product promotion.
2.Develop and activate required Agent Training as defined by the company and regulatory requirements; collaborate with sales team as well as IT and other departments to implement new training.
frequently with Sales Support, Sales Development, Field Sales and Marketing teams to identify solutions to provide on-going education and effectively on-board new agents and MGAs.
4.Research competitor training curriculums and software capabilities, and recommend solutions to improve Midland National and North American training programs including software and web-based programs.
5.Solicit feedback and assess effectiveness of all training and agent on-boarding initiatives via phone, email, surveys, etc.; utilize results to promote updated and/or additional training opportunities.
6.Ensure training programs and materials meet appropriate Midland and North American brand standards, discipline and coordination of brand and messaging alignment with product materials and promotional campaigns.
7.Manage Midland National and North American annuity training programs which include, but are not limited to, agent and sales team training (including product, new agent, and required training), and event presentations including webinars, workshops, lunch-n-learns, and conferences.
8.Work closely with Compliance to effectively review and ensure accuracy of all training and agent on-boarding curriculums on a timely basis.

and actively manage training calendar from concept/promotion ideation for new product education, training certification, webinar training, and other projects.
11.Create reports to track results of training programs and make suggestions for changes based upon findings; track results of improvement efforts to determine production timeline and sales impact for new agent on-boarding, new product launch training and other projects.
12. Handle all aspects of scheduling for on-site training sessions as well as assist with needs for field training as requested by field sales teams.
13.Drive and reinforce commitment to internal controls processes such as those under Model Audit Rule and Record Information Management.
14.Maintain a positive image of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred

years Annuity Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred
Strong organization and project management skills to handle multiple projects at a time
Excellent communication skills-both oral and written
Strong problem solving abilities
Self-motivated
Excellent skills utilizing Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
Creativity/IngenuityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
