Summary:
Provide fixed annuity sales support expertise to agents of both Midland National and North American. Strive to increase annuity sales by providing superior sales support for existing annuity producers as well as support new agent relationship development. Support efforts to increase overall effectiveness and efficiency of the sales support team in order to increase bottom line results for the Company. Work collaboratively with internal departments to fulfill agent needs and requests, as appropriate. Primary goals should be to offer complete agent satisfaction.
1.Answer 65
inbound calls per day from agents and distribution partners assisting with running product illustrations, ordering supplies, education of product offerings and promotions as well as other inquiries and requests.
2.Demonstrate a proactive sales focus by recognizing and capitalizing on sales opportunities during each call.
make outbound calls to agents and distributors, promoting company products and incentives, as inbound call volumes allow.
participate in an energetic, supportive team environment to meet and exceed assigned goals in a high performance culture.
5.Maintain and promote a positive image of the team, department and company. Lead by example, using a Sammons First approach.
with team and sales leaders to share new ideas and suggestions with regards to products, incentives and service levels. Share vital feedback about the companys overall sales and service environment as well as what were hearing from the field regarding competitive marketplace.
7.Establish and cultivate sales relationships with agents in an effort to help the company meet and exceed its production goals.
increase knowledge of fixed annuity industry and competitor offerings.
9.Diligently strive to meet daily call goals set by department manager.

Qualifications:
4-year college degree and/or at least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in the insurance industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently

Organized with ability to focus on appropriate details
