Basic Function: Provide product and sales support to agents via phone and email support. Coordinate the research and analysis of insurance products (Life, Annuity, Variable product, and Mutual Funds) offered by the competition via other insurance company websites, industry publications and industry databases to obtain competitors product information in order to monitor the competition, support product development, and sales. Provide phone and electronic mail support regarding questions about Farm Bureau Life s : life, annuity, and variable insurance product information as well as various mutual fund family products. Coordinate the research and analysis of insurance company websites, industry publications, industry databases (Morningstar, Ibbotson, etc.), and Internet-based sources to obtain competitor product information. Develop a competition database for use when answering questions from the agency force, regional sales advisers, life investment specialists, registered representatives, and/or home office personnel. Coordinate updating of the Life Reference Manual and approved client seminars, as needed. Serve as a resource to agency force, regional sales advisers, life investment specialists, and home office personnel in researching and providing information on competitors products. Coordinate the creation of product and training materials for product introductions. Assist the agency force by ordering and/or shipping sales materials, as needed. Create materials to be posted and keep up-to-date on life, annuity and mutual fund information, applications and forms in any electronic format. Maintain a complete library of life, annuity, and variable product guides, sales materials and rate/reference manuals. Maintain information on various mutual fund family products. Perform additional research as requested to support the preparation of sales and training materials. Serve as a liaison with to life, annuity operations teams, or mutual fund administration regarding service issues, in-force life policy questions, and illustrations as needed. Assist in posting and keeping current product information, applications and forms in any electronic format. Provide product and sales brochure development input. Create and develop new Product Guides with a section for Questions and Answers and Marketing materials in addition to developing the Annotated Policies for all new life, annuity and mutual fund product releases. May be responsible for assisting with the preparation of Quarterly Guides, reviewing and updating investments marketing materials, and ordering and shipping sales materials. Review and recommend marketing materials from each mutual fund family for use by registered representatives, as needed. Participate and instruct training courses as needed. Assist the agency force in utilizing programs to help drive sales if the products or services are not offered through the Farm Bureau Companies.
Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience plus seven years relevant experience required. Current Life and Health Insurance License required. CLU, ChFC or CFP designation required. FINRA 6, 63 and 26 required.Good people skills with the ability to work well with the field force and home office personnel. In-depth knowledge of all FBL s life, annuity and variable products including various mutual fund family products required. Must keep abreast of changing product trends in the life insurance and mutual fund industry. Valid driver s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records required due to travel (limited) requirements. Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to this position. Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
