Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and maintain a qualified database of clients/prospects that align with the business opportunity with in your market place.
- Sell Randstad services and the value it brings to their organizations by helping them achieving their business goals.
- Effectively recruit, interview, retain, a qualified talent pool of candidates, while understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals.
- Provide world class service to our clients, while acting with the highest level of professionalism, and an expressed sense of energy.
- Work with a dedicated strategic business partner to effectively manage and develop the profitability of your business through joint market penetration.
Qualifications:
- 3
years retail business development experience.
- Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
