Here at Randstad we are currently looking for a Mortgage Researcher to fill an open position for our well known client in the Des Moines area.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing loan disbursement requests
Researching missing claim information
Ensure timely and accurate billing information is entered
May make outbound calls to customers to attain missing information
Qualifications:
Ability to multi task
Utilization multiple computer systems at a time
Attention to detail
College degree preferred
Ability to communicate both in person and over the phone
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $13.75 to $14.25 / Hour
Benefits: Medical, 401k, weekly pay, etc
Working hours: 8AM-4:30PM
We are seeking individuals eager to work Monday through Friday for both first and second shift. This position requires three professional references, the ability to adhere to a strict attendance policy, as well as complete and pass a criminal background check.
