Here at Randstad we are currently looking for a Mortgage Researcher to fill an open position for our well known client in the Des Moines area.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing loan disbursement requests
Researching missing claim information
Ensure timely and accurate billing information is entered
May make outbound calls to customers to attain missing information
Qualifications:
Ability to multi task
Utilization multiple computer systems at a time
Attention to detail
College degree preferred
Ability to communicate both in person and over the phone
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $13.75 to $14.25 / Hour
Benefits: Medical, 401k, weekly pay, etc
Working hours: 8AM-4:30PM

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
