The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.
The Systems QA Analyst IV is responsible for all testing and quality assurance activities related to a moderately complex or complex project or release impacting systems utilized by Retail team members, specifically LIS and AOW. Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications.
Responsible for primary development of testing strategies. Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Performs more complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications. Creates test plans and scripts for own projects.Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Provides specific guidance on defects to developers. Gives direction to less experienced analysts.

-Maybe required to manage work of lower level analysts as needed; work assignments, review of test documentation (scripts), provide coaching and mentoring or manage complete testing cycle themselves.
-Is accountable for all testing deliverables, development of test plan, determining scope/guidelines on boarding resources to project and tracking/reporting on progress on assignments.
-Plan and direct QA schedules and test assignments for assigned resources to ensure a quality product is delivered.
-Serves as a systems quality assurance expert across supported systems and applications.
-Defines test strategies for moderately complex to complex projects.
-Review business requirements and functional specification documentation and provides feedback to ensure completeness and testability.
-Conducts end to end functional, regression and validation testing.
-Leverages Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to create and maintain test cases and scripts.
-Ensures traceability of all requirements to test scripts.
-Identifies, logs, tracks and participates in resolution of defects.
-Develop processes and best practices to streamline test activities.
-Provides subject matter expertise in testing methodology and processes.
-Collaborate with multiple peers, vendors, QA groups (external and external) and development groups at all levels for planning, coordinating, issue identification and resolution, risk mitigation and production implementation.
-Proactively lead analysis to identify, evaluate and resolve complex problems during testing.
-Use or coordinates use of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to accomplish basic yet critical tasks such as monitoring test progress, etc.
-Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning.
-Oversees and conducts thorough target and regression testing.
-Participates in managing the regression testing effort to ensure it is complete and provides adequate coverage of business critical functionality.
Basic Qualifications

years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience.
Minimum Qualifications
-Strong leadership skills
-Hands-on testing experience, including the creation of test plans, test scripts, test scenarios and traceability
-Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques and methodology including familiarity with testing tools (i.e. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ClearQuest, etc.)
-Working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
-Knowledge of formal testing methodologies and best practices
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to interact with all levels of staff within the organization
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong problem solving, decision making and qualitative analysis skills
-Experience in planning and managing multiple projects
-Self-motivated
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
