) Opportunity for Growth with Company $250 Sign On Bonus (paid at 90 days and 6 months) Basic Function Provides daily scheduling and customer service to field staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner Provide ongoing/additional training as required Manage staff/client complaints timely and effectively Assist Hiring Coordinator in addressing hiring needs Develop/manage/build client and caregiver schedules Communicate with clients and staff daily regarding services and schedules Build positive relationships with clients, staff and referral sources Check in with field staff to ensure success and reduce turnover Other duties as assigned Requirements Have a positive attitude and be a team player Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to de-escalate situations Computer/keyboarding skills Champion our mission of serving the elderly and people with disabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide customer service to all types of people of different age, race, gender, socioeconomic status Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Friendliness Positive Attitude Project Management Team Working Apply to this job.
