This is a seasonal temporary position from May - August & work hours are 7:
30am - 4:

What you'll do:
As a member of our Summer Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for doing various building maintenance tasks to keep our properties looking neat, clean and beautiful.
But that's not all - other duties include the following:
General building maintenance including inspecting common areas, building exteriors, tenant suites, roof, supply & mechanical rooms, parking lots, and other building areas.
Painting, changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, and other light building repair & maintenance work.
Provide general support to maintenance staff, as needed.
Drive to various locations as required.
What it takes to join our team:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable and prompt attendance is required.
