Responsibilities:
Collaborate across departments to implement web design standards, messaging and processes to produce consistent, high-quality results, while ensuring user-centered design approaches according to client needsDevelop, create, and maintain dynamic websites including eCommerce website for our clientsCreate an aesthetic digital design and deliver on brand strategy and message according to client needsAttend and lead progress meetings to help brainstorm ideas and report on work progressSubmit completed work for approval and re-design as directed until work has met client expectations. this may be in contrast to your personal taste)Build best practices, schedules, workflows and processes to drive improved planning, prioritization and communication to better meet fast-paced, high-volume and high-quality demands and deadlinesManage staff in a manner that facilitates teamwork and ensures deadlines are met, and produces quality workContinually focus on improving and re-evaluating the best digital user experienceMentor junior staff and provide support and feedback to help them advanceProvide clear, concise, and direct feedback and design critiqueIn cooperation with department staff, determine appropriate assignments and allocation of workRemain up-to-date on marketplace, industry and web design trends, including insights into cultural trends, competition and target audiencesWork in a collaborative manner to meet client deadlinesRecord and track your time within the Paylocity system for each project you are working onOther duties as assignedRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Web Design/Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Minimum six (6) years' professional experience in web development/design, digital, and/or UX designStrong leadership skills; proven successful experience in supervising, mentoring and team buildingExpert knowledge in web development, design, and CMS, with a strong knowledge on UI, UX, and web standardsPortfolio demonstrating proficiency in skill and a sophisticated sense of designStrong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced digital design skillsSolid understanding of the elements of web development and designAble to adapt skill to the aesthetics of each projectFlexibility and the ability to adjust to the needs of clientsAble to interpret editorial direction and vision to align visual design with digital magazine contentExceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills; able to balance multiple priorities and demands simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work collaboratively while maintaining high standardsMaintains a positive attitude and support that attitude among junior staff, even while working under pressure in an environment where job demands are constantly changingJob Location:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
