Merchant Quality Assurance is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance SpecialistIn this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development of new QA programs aligned with our priority objectivesWe are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Key
Responsibilities:
Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with quality assurance requirements Developing and establishing Quality Assurance evaluation scripts for testing purposes Identifying appropriate testing populations and outlining process steps for effective evaluation Documenting program requirements using designated templates, showcasing proficiency in technical writing Collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization to ensure program alignment and success Working independently within a team to achieve common goals, demonstrating adaptability and initiative Providing training and communicating development opportunities to lower-level staff to enhance overall team performance Conducting second-level reviews of completed evaluations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards Operating with a sense of urgency in a complex environment to meet project deadlines and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in technical writing and documentation Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with testing methodologies and evaluation processes Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines#INDMSP Recommended Skills Adaptability Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Hardworking And Dedicated Multitasking Apply to this job.
