We're Looking for an 'A' Player The Senior Onboarding Manager plays an integral role in overseeing the seamless delivery of our services, leading a dynamic team through every phase of implementation and onboarding.
This position is dominant in planning, executing, and tracking the full onboarding of enterprise software to support our client's goals and objectives.
The individual in this role will utilize skills in project management, analysis, operations and cross-team coordination to define, understand, and align client needs to software features and functionality.
Hybrid Schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of Salesforce administrators, implementation specialists and project managers to execute projects efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Drive performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) with a keen attention to detail, focusing on customer satisfaction and the achievement of project goals.
Partner with Customer Success to build meaningful relationships with customers at all levels including C-level Executives as a trusted advisor to support and provide consultation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless transition of services to the client, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Utilize previous project management experience to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and best practices, perform quality reviews of deliverables to ensure guidance was followed, and advise clients on leveraging or adopting new releases.
Be comfortable delegating out of scope tasks back to Client teams and be able to effectively communicate risks, changes, and other challenges, escalating to appropriate stakeholders where necessary.
Coordinate closely with internal Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to effectively address gaps, identify dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain documentation of onboarding decisions and details; ensure successful transition to ongoing support and account teams.
Provide consultation to clients on effective roll-out strategies and post-implementation success criteria.
Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT or relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years in client services, operations or relevant experience.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills.
Incredibly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure and exceeds targets.
Strong knowledge of the agriculture or heavy machinery market is a plus.
