As a Part-Time HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our People team with various administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, employee relations, and utilizing technology to streamline processes.

What You'll Do In This Role:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain employee records and databases, utilizing HRIS software to organize and update employee information.
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training sessions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and implement technology-driven solutions for increased efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to suggest innovative solutions for process improvement.
The Experience You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in HR administration or coordination role.
Strong proficiency in utilizing HRIS software and other HR-related technology platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.

Qualifications:
HR certification (e.

Experience working in a tech-driven or startup environment.
