Responsibilities:
Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction Buy materials for the office when necessary
Qualifications:
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred About Company Legacy Impact Investors, LLC values integrity, honesty, and a can-do attitude.
