The purpose of this role is to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction, and revenue.
This is a permanent, full-time position, and we are looking for a candidate who will bring long-term value to the company.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $67,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage tenant relations and address tenant concerns in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of all assigned properties Ensure tracking and reporting of all rents and security deposits and follow late-payment procedures Know and enforce all lease terms as defined for all assigned properties Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained without unnecessary expense Advertise, market, and lease vacant spaces to tenants Manage accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and handle operating expenses for the properties and each company Develop and manage annual budgets; provide monthly, quarterly, and annual broker audits and reports on a per-property basis Various Administrative Duties, including but not limited to mail, bank deposits, and office supplies
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a property manager or real estate bookkeeper Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects Working knowledge of QuickBooks Knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management (Iowa preferred) Customer focus and company bottom line orientation Strong backbone with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly Well-organized with excellent time management skills BS degree in a related field If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
