Duties - Setting up files for lenders and sending out abstract orders - Managing and coordinating abstract delivery - Typing of title opinions and/or commitments - Review documetns and record them accordingly with the county recorder's - Fund new mortgage loans and ships signed and notarized loan package to the lender -Work effectively throughout the closing process with a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, settlement agents, title insurance agents, law firms, escrow officers, closing agents, paralegals, and escrow companies - Some accounting work, including balancing ledgers and reconciling the recording fees - Running real estate documents and checks to closings/banks - Greet incoming guests Skills - Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry - Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment - High School graduate, college degree preferred, or experience in the real estate closing industry - Valid driver's license and vehicle is required Note:
