As an Administrative Assistant, you will earn up to $25.
00 per hour, based on your experience.
This is a part-time, temporary-hire position where you will work 4 - 5 flexible hours per day Monday-Friday.
Some of your responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant include:
Ensuring office management tasks are completed Organizing and maintaining files Preparing applications and forms Processing applications Preparing client meetings Tracking and maintaining client correspondence Running reports Filing Completing task lists Overseeing office compliance Processing insurance license renewals Submitting forms with payment Other duties as assigned To qualify for the Administrative Assistant position, you must have Financial Services/Insurance industry experience, as well as:
Experience providing exceptional customer service Financial Services/Insurance industry experience Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
