7K a year Administrative Assistant Looking for a great opportunity with an award-winning firm? MHCS, a full-service public accounting firm with offices in West Des Moines and Winterset, IA, seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented team player to lead accounting-related administrative tasks.
You will assist the firm's financial audit department with financial statement processing, billing, correspondence and other support services.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience, administrative certification or degree A desire to serve the audit team, firm, and our clients Team and detail-oriented, a positive attitude with the ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately and work with different personality types Strong communication, organizational and computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel and Adobe proficiency with the ability to pick up new software quickly We provide a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, an ideal work/life balance including flexible schedules, and a friendly, professional, supportive, and collaborative office environment.
