Hours are found on our website and total 38/week.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Answering phones/email/texts Appointment scheduling Insurance verification Filing claims manually and electronically Check in & out patients Assist in selecting the best fitting eyewear for patients.
We make our patients feel heard and understand that purchasing eyewear is an investment, not just about sales.
Pre-testing patients Multi-tasking is a must; you will need to be able to start and stop tasks quickly and pick up where you left off.
The candidate will be cross trained in pre-testing, opticianry, front desk, and administration duties.
Applicant must have knowledge of computers and basic software programs, professional demeanor, and excellent verbal and writing abilities.
Optical experience is desired but not required.
Pay is flexible, based on experience.
Interview Process We may request a phone interview, video call interview, or in-person interview.
If you are selected to move forward, we may invite you to come into the office to shadow responsibilities for a minimum of one hour.
