This person will collaboration with a variety of different architects, build partnerships with a variety of teams, team overseeing software development practice.
They will be responsible for leading teams that are moving from legacy platforms into AWS.
They should be comfortable helping drive this team (coaching, mentoring, training), building application roadmaps, and create plans for transitioning legacy portals into no code/low code, business development applications.
Application Development background Insurance Background 5
years of Architecture Experience(30% hands on/70% Architecture) o Building application and technology roadmaps, migration from legacy to modern technology o Business capability roadmaps o Worked cross functionally, mentored and led teams o Building out proof of concepts Experience with Legacy to modern code and data migration o Ideally with COBOL and VB Classic(not requirement) o Can be someone from prior older.
