Provide technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.
System Administration:
Manage and maintain end-user computing systems, including operating systems, applications, and user profiles.
Deploy software updates, security patches, and system configurations across the end-user environment.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources to ensure efficient operation.
Endpoint Security:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect end-user devices from threats, viruses, and malware.
Enforce security policies, such as password policies, encryption standards, and access controls.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
