We offer an IRA with 3% match; health, dental, and vision insurance; and 3 weeks PTO.
The shift runs from 1pm - 7pm along with a Saturday shift from 9am-1pm.
Saturday pay is +$3.
Generally we expect the job to be around 35 hours a week, though more hours may be available.
Responsibilities Greet customers when they arrive and take in or give back their clothes.
Communicate with Drop Stores on status of orders at the plant.
Enter all clothes into the system to be cleaned.
Build relationships with regular customers.
Maintain a clean workspace.
Handle small customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
Close the store at night.
