You are tasked with managing a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of virtual communication.
Listening carefully, you identify and assess our customers' needs and then provide them with accurate information to help resolve their concerns.
As you interact with our customers, you enter a detailed record into our database.
You also process and file any related documents.
Using your multitasking skills, you appropriately prioritize and complete all tasks that are given to you.
