ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform secretarial/clerical duties for administrators as requested.
Assist administration with instructional leadership responsibilities, activities and scheduling.
Maintain accurate student records (enrollment, grades, discipline, class drops, transfers and attendance) per established procedures.
Compile daily master attendance rosters.
Verify reasons for student absences.
Assist with other workstations as needed on a daily basis.
Assist teachers as needed.
Prepare quarterly attendance data and send to computer service.
Maintains quality data tools.
Complete all trainings as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
