Job Summary The Contractor Support Specialist Position is responsible for providing an excellent experience for all contractors that use the Watercress platform by using knowledge of company products and services and communicating effectively with team members serving various departments within the company.
Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with Contractors and their staff via friendly, efficient, and high-quality customer service and training Assist Contractors with payment solutions understanding and utilizing our financial products/services Liaise with our Sales and Marketing group to ensure all solutions are being communicated in a timely manner Track communication, activity, and action items within Salesforce CRM and other proprietary network systems Perform at highest level maintaining superior customer service with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment Assist with the credentialing and onboarding of new Contractors Assist with other tasks and duties as required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in related or comparable field preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered A minimum of one year working in the financial or banking industry or a call center environment preferred Knowledge and Skills Knowledge and experience in a call center environment Knowledge of the credit and financial industry Excellent customer service focus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Strong communication skills- both written and verbal Superior time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
